Affiliate Agreement

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have an active, genuine audience or community. We review every application and may decline at our discretion.

Commission & Payment

You earn commission on the merchandise subtotal (after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, tips and gift cards) of orders placed with your code. Commissions are held for a return window before approval, adjusted for refunds or cancellations, and paid monthly via PayPal once your approved balance reaches the payout minimum.

Disclosure (FTC)

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with Upgraded Us in every post that includes your code or link — for example #ad or #affiliate, placed where people will see it.

Prohibited Practices

• No health or medical claims — don't say a product treats, cures or prevents any condition.
• No posting your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
• No paid search ads bidding on Upgraded Us brand keywords or brand names.
• No self-purchases to earn commission. Your own orders never earn commission.

Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time. If you break these terms we may disable your code and withhold unearned commissions.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let you know by email, and continued participation means you accept the update.
